Every print is made by me in Kilkenny when you order it, then carefully packed and posted. If anything isn’t right, I’ll fix it.
Delivery
- Printing time: prints are usually posted within 5 working days. Framed prints can take up to 10 working days.
- Postage within Ireland (An Post): €6 for unframed prints, €15 for framed prints. Free delivery on orders over €120.
- Collection: you can collect in Kilkenny for free. Choose “Collect in Kilkenny” at checkout and I’ll email you to arrange a time.
- Prints are currently posted within Ireland only. For delivery abroad, get in touch and I’ll give you a price.
Damaged or faulty prints
If your print arrives damaged or has a printing fault, email me within 14 days with a photo of the problem and the packaging. I’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell me you’d like to cancel, without giving a reason. Return the print undamaged within 14 days after that and I’ll refund the price of the print and the standard postage within 14 days of getting it back. Return postage is paid by you unless the print was faulty.
